Vivo X300 Ultra, X300 FE Launch Imminent After Recent Certification

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up as a camera-centric flagship. It is tipped to feature a 200MP Sony LYT901 primary sensor with a near 1-inch size, paired with a 50MP LYT828 ultra-wide camera, a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto lens, and a 5MP multi-spectral sensor for improved colour accuracy.

Vivo is expected to collaborate with ZEISS, including ZEISS T* lens coating, while both the main and telephoto cameras could support OIS. The telephoto unit may also offer continuous zoom, similar to the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

On the front, the phone is said to sport a 50MP autofocus selfie camera. Powering the device could be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The Vivo X300 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. A 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, along with USB 3.2 and an IP69 rating, is also expected.

Vivo X300 FE Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo X300 FE is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The phone is said to pair LPDDR5X RAM with UFS 4.1 storage for faster app launches and smooth multitasking, along with a 2nd-generation 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.

The Vivo X300 FE, also known as the Vivo S50 Pro Mini in China, is rumoured to feature a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Despite its compact size, it may pack a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery with 65W fast charging.

For cameras, the device is expected to sport a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, paired with a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom and OIS, alongside an ultra-wide lens. A 50MP selfie camera with ZEISS tuning is also tipped.

Build-wise, the Vivo X300 FE is likely to feature glass panels, an aerospace-grade aluminium frame, and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. Stay tuned to Gizbot for more information about the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE.
