Vivo X300 Ultra Makes Global Debut at MWC 2026; Specifications and Pricing Yet to Be Revealed
The Vivo X300 Ultra is now official at MWC 2026, and Vivo confirms a global launch later this year. The flagship focuses on advanced mobile photography, pairing a powerful camera system with dedicated hardware for serious video creators.
Unlike earlier Ultra models that stayed within China, the Vivo X300 Ultra is set for wider release. This shift follows the international debut of the X300 and X300 Pro last year, which drew strong attention for camera performance.

Vivo X300 Ultra Camera System and ZEISS Telephoto Extender
The most eye-catching accessory is the Vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra. This physical lens attachment gives the X300 Ultra a 400mm equivalent focal length, something Vivo says is unique in the smartphone industry at present.
Co-engineered with ZEISS, the Telephoto Extender meets APO imaging standards and targets demanding shooters. It supports a full 200MP optical output and can reach up to a 1600mm digital crop, widening options for distant wildlife, events, or sports subjects.
| Feature | Vivo X300 Ultra Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra |
|---|---|
| Equivalent focal length | 400mm |
| Maximum optical resolution | 200MP |
| Maximum digital crop | 1600mm |
Vivo X300 Ultra Video Features and Camera Cage
The Vivo X300 Ultra package also includes a dedicated Camera Cage designed for video work. This rig brings cold shoe mounts, quick-release ports, and a dual-hand grip, turning the phone into a more stable tool for extended shoots.
Vivo adds physical shutter and zoom buttons to the Camera Cage, so framing and capture feel closer to traditional cameras. A built-in cooling fan helps manage heat during long recordings, which can be crucial for events or travel coverage.
The Camera Cage works seamlessly with the Vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra on the Vivo X300 Ultra. Users can combine both accessories for a compact kit aimed at creators who want reach, control, and better ergonomics without carrying separate camera bodies.
vivo X300 Ultra Global Strategy and Background
The X-series has long focused on camera innovation, and the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro continued that theme during their global rollout late last year. The Vivo X300 Ultra extends this approach with hardware that targets specialist shooting scenarios.
The move to launch the Vivo X300 Ultra internationally follows hints from late 2025. The phone appeared in European certification listings in December, and Vivo’s partnership with ZEISS remained active through other models like the V70 earlier in 2026.
Vivo has not shared pricing or a specific release date for the Vivo X300 Ultra yet. The company states only that the device is scheduled to reach global markets later this year, leaving exact market timings and variants still to be confirmed.
