Vivo X300 Ultra and Oppo Find X9 Ultra Launch Timeline Leaked; India Price Tipped Too
Vivo and Oppo’s Ultra flagships have been in the rumor cycle for a while now, and it looks like we finally have some clearer launch information.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X300 Ultra could be announced in March, possibly in the second half of the month. If that timeline holds, it would launch before the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, which is now said to arrive in April.
In previous years, Vivo has typically unveiled its Ultra model after Oppo’s equivalent in China. This time, the order may flip.
Camera Hardware Could Take Center Stage
The Vivo X300 Ultra is tipped to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The bigger headline, though, is the camera setup.
Leaks suggest the phone could feature a 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 primary sensor. It is also said to include a 3.5x periscope telephoto camera using a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB sensor. If accurate, that would make it one of the few phones to combine dual 200-megapixel cameras.

Other reported details mention a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide sensor and a 5-megapixel multispectral lens. None of these specifications have been officially confirmed by Vivo so far.
Oppo’s Plans And Other Devices
March may also see the launch of the Oppo Find N6 foldable, with April reserved for the Oppo Find X9 Ultra.

There’s additional speculation that Vivo could introduce an X300 Max alongside the Ultra, while Oppo may unveil a Find X9s Pro around the same time as the Find X9 Ultra. These details remain unconfirmed.
Ultra Flagships Are Getting Expensive in India
The Vivo X300 Ultra has reportedly cleared certifications in Indonesia and parts of Europe, which could point to a broader rollout beyond China.
Meanwhile, separate rumours suggest that upcoming Ultra models from both brands could be priced in the ₹1.6 lakh to ₹1.7 lakh range in India. The reasons being discussed include rising memory costs and expensive flagship chipsets. There’s no official word on pricing yet.
For now, the timelines and specifications are based on leaks. More clarity should arrive once Vivo and Oppo begin issuing official teasers.
