Vivo V70, Vivo V70 Elite Now Available for Purchase in India: Check Price, Specifications, Offers

The Vivo V70 series is currently available for purchase in India. To recall, the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite were unveiled in India last week with Snapdragon chips, ZEISS triple cameras, a large silicon carbon battery, a vibrant OLED display, and solid software support.

Vivo V70 Series Price in India

The Vivo V70 price in India starts from Rs 45,999 for the base 8GB/256GB model. Moreover, the 12GB/256GB configuration will set you back Rs 49,999. The Vivo V70 is offered in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow shades.

The Vivo V70 Elite price in India starts from Rs 51,999 for the 8GB/256GB model. Additionally, the V70 Elite also comes in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB configurations that cost Rs 56,999 and Rs 61,999, respectively.

Vivo is offering an instant 10% discount across all models of the Vivo V70 series with SBI, HDFC Bank, and Yes Bank cards. Customers can purchase the Vivo V70 series through Amazon, Flipkart, Vivo's online store, and through other partner retailers across the country.

Vivo V70, Vivo V70 Elite Specifications

Performance-wise, the Vivo V70 Elite is powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The standard Vivo V70 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

In terms of cameras, both phones feature Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera setups, including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. For selfies and video calls, they house 50MP front-facing cameras and support up to 4K video recording.

The display on both models is a 6.59-inch VM9 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, P3 wide colour gamut, and IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance. The Vivo V70 Elite and Vivo V70 are dual-SIM smartphones running Android 16-based OriginOS 6, with Vivo promising six years of security updates.

Battery life is handled by a 6,500mAh unit on both devices, supported by 90W wired fast charging. Each phone weighs around 194g and measures 157.52 × 74.33 × 7.59mm.

Connectivity and sensors include 5G, NFC, USB Type-C, and extensive satellite navigation support. The V70 Elite adds an IR blaster and a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, while the standard V70 replaces the IR blaster with a gyroscope.
