According to the listing, spotted by Gizmochina, the Realme 16 Pro+ measures 162.45 x 76.27 x 8.49mm and weighs 203 grams, indicating a slightly more substantial build than the standard Pro variant.

It is set to offer a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2800 x 1280 pixels and support for over one billion colours. Although the refresh rate is not specified, the display is expected to be a high-refresh-rate panel, consistent with the Pro+ positioning.

In terms of cameras, the Realme 16 Pro+ will sport a quad camera arrangement, comprising a 200-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an additional 50-megapixel telephoto shooter, with up to 3.5x optical zoom capability. On the front, the device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel camera for selfies.

A prior Geekbench listing suggests the Realme 16 Pro+ will be powered by a tweaked version of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. We expect the Realme 16 Pro+ to use a more powerful Snapdragon chipset in India, considering the brand has revealed that phone's chip will be significantly more powerful than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC.

The handset will ship with Android 16, layered with Realme UI 7. On the global front, the device is slated to receive three major OS updates along with four years of security patches. The TENAA certification details multiple memory configurations, ranging from 8GB, 12GB, 16GB, to a substantial 24GB of RAM, paired with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and up to 1TB.

The Realme 16 Pro+ is listed on TENAA with a rated battery capacity of 6,850mAh, which is likely to translate into a typical value close to 7,000mAh. Reports suggest the device could support 80W fast charging. Additional features highlighted by the TENAA listing include an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster.

The Realme 16 Pro series launch date in India is expected to take place on January 6, 2026. It is unclear whether the Realme 16 Pro and 16 Pro+ will be unveiled in China ahead of their global launch.
