Oppo Reno 15 Series Launch Date Revealed: Big Camera Upgrade and Smaller ‘Mini’ Model Expected
Oppo appears to be gearing up for its next big mid-range lineup — the Reno 15 series — with reports suggesting a launch date set for November 17 in China. While the company hasn’t confirmed the details yet, a new poster circulating on Weibo hints that the unveiling will take place at 7 PM local time.
That said, the poster’s authenticity hasn’t been verified, so it’s best to take this information with a grain of salt. Oppo is expected to officially announce the event only after China’s Double Eleven (11.11) shopping festival, which ends this week.

Three Models Expected in the Lineup
According to early leaks, the Reno 15 series will include three models — the standard Reno 15, the Reno 15 Pro, and the Reno 15 Mini.
The Reno 15 is rumored to feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display, though most of its other specs are still under wraps.
The Reno 15 Pro, meanwhile, could come with a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat OLED panel, while the compact Reno 15 Mini might offer a 6.31-inch OLED display with a similar resolution. Both the Pro and Mini models are expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8450 chipset, and the Pro variant may include up to 16GB of RAM.

Camera and Battery Details
If the leaks are accurate, both the Reno 15 Pro and Reno 15 Mini will sport a 200MP Samsung HP5 main sensor with optical image stabilization, alongside 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP periscope telephoto lenses. For selfies, the Pro edition is tipped to feature a 32MP front camera.
Battery capacity is also getting a boost. The Reno 15 Pro may pack a 6,300mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support — a solid improvement over the previous generation.
All three devices will reportedly run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Global Launch Could Follow
Beyond China, Oppo is also rumored to be preparing for an India launch in December, bringing the Reno 15 lineup to one of its biggest overseas markets.
