The OPPO Reno 15 series has long been rumored to arrive in India in the coming weeks. Now, OPPO has officially teased the launch of the Reno 15 series in India. The news comes on the heels of the recent price hike to the Reno 14 series.

OPPO Reno 15 Series India Launch Confirmed

OPPO recently uploaded a post on X confirming that the Reno 15 series is launching in India soon. While an official launch date has not been provided, we believe, the OPPO Reno 15 series launch in India will take place in January 2026.

The line-up will include the OPPO Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro. While there's no official information, a new Reno 15 Pro Mini model is also expected to debut in China this month, although it is unclear whether it will debut in India next month.

To recall, the OPPO Reno 13 series make its debut in India in the second week of January 2025.

OPPO Reno 14 Series Price Hike

The announcement comes shortly after OPPO hiked the prices of the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro in India because of the recent RAM shortage. The OPPO Reno 14 price in India currently starts from Rs 42,999, while the Reno 14 Pro is priced at Rs 54,999 for the base model.

The OPPO Reno15 price in China starts at CNY 2,999 (around Rs 37,450) at the time of its launch. This suggests the Reno 15 price in India will start from under Rs 45,000.

Since the OPPO Reno 15 series has already been unveiled in China, its specifications are already known.

OPPO Reno 15 Series Specifications

The OPPO Reno 15 series has launched in China with two models: the OPPO Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro. These phones are designed with a focus on camera quality, battery performance, and seamless everyday use. Both devices run on the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, come with Android 16-based ColorOS 16, and offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The Reno 15 sports a 6.32-inch flat AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2640×1216 and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Reno 15 Pro upgrades to a 6.78-inch AMOLED display at 2772×1272 resolution, also supporting a 120Hz refresh rate.

Camera features are a standout, with both models including a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto lens, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP front camera. The Pro version adds optical image stabilization to key lenses for improved photo quality.
