Moto G Power (2026) Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, 5200 mAh Battery, Android 16, IP68 Rating
The Moto G Power (2026) has been unveiled for the US market as Motorola’s new mid-range G series phone, succeeding last year’s g Power model. It keeps the focus on a large display, long battery life and 5G support, while dropping wireless charging from the feature list.
The phone features a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1000 nits. It includes a 50MP main rear camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP front camera, targeting users who want smoother visuals and detailed photos.

For durability, the Moto G Power (2026) includes Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on the display and a soft vegan leather finish on the back. The body carries MIL-STD-810H certification, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering resistance to dust and water, including protection against underwater exposure.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, built on a 6nm process, with an octa-core CPU that combines 2x Cortex-A76 cores at 2.4GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz, paired with an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone ships with Android 16 featuring motorola’s My UX interface.

The Moto G Power (2026) offers 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, with support for microSD expansion up to 1TB. It has dual SIM capability through one physical Nano SIM and eSIM, alongside a separate microSD slot, allowing flexibility for multiple networks and extra storage.
The phone is equipped with a 5200mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging via USB Type-C 2.0. Audio hardware includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner handles biometric security, set within a body that measures 166.62×77.10×8.72mm and weighs 208g.

Moto G Power (2026) Price, Variants and Availability
Connectivity options on the Moto G Power (2026) include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac on 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C 2.0. The device supports universal unlocking in the US, making it compatible with multiple carriers.
In the US, the Moto G Power (2026) comes in Evening Blue and Pure Cashmere colours at a price of USD 299.99, which is about Rs. 27,290. Sales start on 8 January with a universally unlocked version at Best Buy, Amazon.com and Motorola.com, followed by availability at Verizon on the same date.
Motorola states that the Moto G Power (2026) will later reach Cricket Wireless, Tracfone, Visible, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Simple Mobile and AT&T in the US. In Canada, the phone will be sold from 8 January at motorola.ca with an MSRP of CAD 449.99, positioning it in the mid-range segment for both markets.
